Abstract

Digital transformation requires hospitals to have an adequate level of digital maturity to support system integration, data security, and healthcare interoperability. This study aims to analyze the digital maturity level of St. Carolus Hospital Summarecon Serpong in 2026, identify gaps, and formulate improvement priorities based on the Ministry of Health's Digital Maturity Index (DMI) instrument. The study used a sequential explanatory design with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Eight informants were selected purposively. Instruments included DMI assessments, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and observations. The data were analyzed descriptively using the average score of the seven DMI components and thematically through coding, categorization, and triangulation. The results showed the highest scores for Standards and Interoperability (4.67), Competence, Skills and Use (4.50), and Management and Governance (4.44). In conclusion, the hospital's digital maturity is at a high level, but there is still a need to strengthen data analytics, infrastructure, security, training, and RME interoperability.
